Heavy duty speaker cable. This is a good quality speaker cable that we recommend as good value. It also has the benefit, unlike most cable sold as speaker cable, that postive and negative are easily identified with the red and black insulation. With most speaker cable, it's a little difficult to identify postive and negative. In many situations where you might be installing cables in low light conditions (in the ceiling, under the floor or simply in a garage not flooded with bright light), this cable makes the job much easier.

If you are looking for cable for surround speakers, this is a good choice. The heavy gauge means lower losses with longer cable runs. Often 16 AWG cable is sold for this application and whilst it may be acceptable, this cable is better and also a bit more robust.

This cable is also rated for 15A and is well suited to high powered use.

Recommended for cable runs of up to 20m with 8 ohm speakers, or 10m with 4 ohm speakers.
